Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
